The Lismore Head to Health Hub has opened in the Lismore Primary Health Precinct. The first step is to call 1800 595 212 where our team will work with you to see what you need. WebThe Head to Health intake and referral line, and clinics are operated by PHNs across New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.
